1. Website provider is Vision IT. Service-oriented technical infrastructure provider is PB Communication Services Ltd.
2. Person deciding on the using the service (hereinafter referred to as the User) shall agree to comply with the provisions of those Terms and Conditions.
3. Phone call Service incorporates sexual content. Therefore, the Service is designed for individuals aged 18 and over. Individuals below the said threshold shall be disallowed to utilize the Service. Appropriate message is included in Materials concerning the Service.
4. Taking advantage of the Service shall be understood as claiming that the User is above 18 and expresses his willingness to be presented sexual content.
5. Content of SMS messages, phone calls, as well as the identity of the interlocutor specified in the Materials are all fictional. It especially means that all meeting invitations, promises of the provision of sexual services, and claims alike shall not be considered factual obligations of the interlocutor.
6. Even though the content of SMS messages and phone calls is fictional, the User shall not be allowed to write messages or touch upon topics concerning: underage children, violence, animal abuse, or other illegal topics.

11. While taking advantage of the Service, the User shall remain anonymous and shall not be required to provide any personal data. The only piece of information making it possible to identify a given User and allowing for the provision of the service shall be User’s mobile phone number.
12. Service Provider and Organizer shall perform every reasonable action aiming at the proper provision of the Service specified within the scope of those Terms and Conditions.
13. Service Provider and Organized shall not be held responsible for:
a) content exchanged during messaging or voice communication,
b) taking advantage of the Service by Users who are not allowed to use mobile phones,
c) losses caused by the improper utilization of the Service by the User,
d) interferences or difficulties in utilizing the Service, if only they have happened due to events that have been outside Service Provider’s and Organizer’s control and could not have been foreseen or prevented. The definition provided above includes especially fortuitous events and force majeure.
e) taking advantage of the Service by the User that constitute the breach of those Terms and Conditions or that occurs without the User familiarizing himself with those Terms and Conditions, especially if it becomes apparent that the User has misunderstood the provisions of the said document,
14. Total liability of the Service Provider and Organizer towards the User (pursued on the basis of any basis) shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for Service provision.
15. Organizer shall reserve the right to discontinue Service provision without presenting Users with any justification whatsoever.
